keynote from Author and former CBC radio host, producer, journalist and reporter Pauline
With the World Economic Forum’s 2017 Global Gender Gap Report findings saying gender parity is over 200 years away, there’s never been a more important time to keep motivated. This International Women’s Day calls on the public to #PressforProgress by supporting international movements like #MeToo and #TimesUp, and by supporting organizations in the local community.
We encourage you to join us in our celebration because when women work together and support one another, we accomplish amazing things. Your donations are the catalyst for raising funds and are truly making a difference right here in the community – helping women and children move out of danger and into a violence free future.
